1You describe your optimization requirements
Whether classic Pick-by-Light, Put-by-Light or Assemble-by-Light®. We will work with you to design your desired process. Or would you prefer advanced multi-order picking? Our flexible software covers all possibilities. Including extensive integration options with order or ERP systems.
2You send us photos of your shelving or assembly workstations
Or do you have no shelving at all? Is it a pallet cage warehouse? Or do you need a mobile solution for order picking trolleys? Is it an assembly area, even micro-assembly with very small compartments? The flexibility of our assembly concept enables solutions for all these special cases.
3On-site recording
If the situation is unclear, or simply if you would like to experience our system live, we will be happy to come to your premises. Our system is so small that we can set up a demonstration on your desk within 5 minutes - all you need is a power socket. The minimal dimensions allow live presentations at any location - and without much effort.
4Offer
Using our product configurator, we calculate how many control units and I/O units of which type you need, as well as the complete internal and external cabling, and which configuration of the devices is required, and at what price we can offer the complete package.
5Purchasing order
Production and pre-configuration of the devices begins immediately after receipt of the order.
6Shipment
Delivery is made directly to your site. The documentation with software manual and detailed installation instructions are supplied electronically. The delivery includes all required control units, power supply units, I/O units, connecting elements, aluminum strips with cover and end caps, the complete internal and external cabling, suitable brackets for your shelving system, mounting aids, tools, etc.
7Installation and start of operations
You install the devices yourself, which saves costs and is easy to do on your own using the detailed illustrated instructions. This is followed by the optional connection to your network. We have already carried out the basic configuration of the control unit at the factory, so that only subsequent adjustments need to be made. This is done via the control unit's web application. Finally, the material numbers, parts lists and any photos can be loaded into the control unit - only if no external remote control is provided.
8Operation and support
Once your system is in operation, we will continue to support you. The control unit's administration app recognizes on request whether software updates are available and can then install them automatically. The software is constantly being further developed and additional features added. The software maintenance contract offered covers this service. Should a bracket break or a cable be torn off, please contact our customer service team for a replacement.
