At the JTL Connect 2019 we broke our installation record:
Installation, setup and go-live of our pick-by-light system for the demo warehouse took place within 1 hour.
This was possible through our new brackets with neodymium magnets.
The video shows the setup as well as the work with the Multi Order Picking solution.
Multi Order Picking = Multiple picking tasks are processed simultaneously.
In this example, the solution is fully integrated in the JTL WMS from JTL Software (mobile packing station). Thanks to our open interface, the solution can be easily integrated with any software system - right up to SAP.
Also, a conversion of your racking landscape with our Pick by Light System, can be mastered in a similar short time.
